All in all, it was good base for travelling to Annemasse. The staff were both amiable and helpful. The location was magnificent for Annemasse, close enough to Annecy, Geneva city center and a huge supermarket.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a safe area, right by a huge supermarket and fast food outlets, Geneva and Annecy, and airport. We had a quiet room and amicable staff. It met needs well. The place was fantastic and nice, no complaint, strongly recommend.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The hassle-free on-site parking was a great convenience, especially considering that many other hotels in the area charge ridiculous fees. Another advantage was the presence of both heating and air conditioning in the rooms, unlike other budget hotels in the region. It was a relief to have a comfortable temperature regardless of the weather.

That the shower in the room caused the entire bathroom floor to become wet, which was quite annoying. Additionally, the hotel's location was not as convenient as expected for commuting into central Geneva.

We had a wonderful New Year's stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with any inquiries or concerns we had, providing us with valuable information about transportation and even printing our luggage tag. The hotel offered hassle-free on-site parking, which was a huge advantage for us as we were traveling by car. the rooms were modern and comfortable, equipped with both heating and air conditioning. The fact that the rooms smelled fresh and pleasant, without any lingering smoke odor, was a major plus.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of an elevator in the hotel. It was a bit inconvenient to carry our luggage up the stairs, especially after a long journey.
